So, basically, it's a division for short and in-shape heavyweights? What an absolutely R-tarded thing. It's gonna have no impact on the sport whatsoever, especially considering no other organisation will follow suit. It'll be dead within five years, if it even gets off the ground in the first place that is.

Lol. We both know that Hearn is a walking contradiction. He flip flops consistently and always avoids the truth. So he’s more than likely to use this division. I also checked out rankings. Isaac chamberlain is 14th in Britain but some how 15th in the world. Riddle me that one haha!! Was you surprised at any guys on the list? And how do you feel about it?
