I imagine he’s making a comparison between García and broner when fighting at elite level. They both don’t let their hands go enough, lose the fight on inactivity, then claim they won the fight.

As Danny said he was beaten by the better fighter and had Danny let his hands go like the Mikey Garcia before was told then chances are it would have been him KO'd .Spence likes come forward fighters. It's sad that Spence and Crawford seem ok not to be calling out the real fight.

Its easy to say from the outside, its way different when you know the other is out smarting you, it shuts them down, if Danny had of come swinging like in the last minute he may have been stopped, he did his best was just out muscled and out boxed.

This is his MO..Danny is afraid of getting knocked out by certain guys.
Yep, if angel wants to see him let his hands go maybe put him back in with rod salka.

Well tell us something that we didn't already know. Ever since the Amir Khan and second Erik Morales fight at 140; Danny had gone from being a boxer/puncher to an exclusive counter puncher who erroneously believes that he is this huge ****er and power puncher.

Which makes him falsely think that if he can connect with one of his accurate power punches he is going to knock everybody out which isn't true. This explains his very low punch volume and work rate and also makes him very predictable too. Fighters know that he is laying a trap for them so he could time them with one good punch.

The truth is that Danny only has average punching power at best. He has never been this huge slugger or knockout artist to begin with.

I understand what you’re saying, but if he comes out swinging then there’s at least a chance he wins the fight even though it increases his chances of getting ko’d enormously. Better than fighting in a way which losing the fight was inevitable from the mid point.

Gotta take risks in fights of this magnitude if you want to be great. Such a frustrating fighter to watch, he had some success in one of the early rounds when he threw a right hand lead, pawing left, straight right 3 punch combo, very similar to how Marquez used to throw against Pacquiao. But for the rest of the fight seemed content to throw the right hand as a single shot.

Danny put forth a good effort but Spence proved why he is on top of the division. Its beyond time to see Spence/Crawford let's separate the 2 and have a king in the division.

Angel had no plan B in fight adjustments other than throw more punches. Spence is just too skilled for him. Danny didn't want to get knocked out. Can't blame him.
