I’m starting to believe 50 saying Floyd has been losing his money though. He continuously and desperately wants these “exhibition” bouts obviously for a paycheck.

I just feel bad for him honestly. He's made so much. He shouldn't need to do this.

I just don't see the long term plan for Floyd with this. I feel like at some point he will be broke, begging for fights like this, and at that point no one will care, and he will have ruined his legacy.

What's Floyd gonna do for money when he ages out of being able to even do these exhibition fights? He's not a charismatic mountain of muscles like Mike, nobody's gonna pay to see a 50 year old, frail handed, 5'7" Mayweather fight.

I don't think he's broke but I do think he's still spending money like he's an active fighter thus he needs to keep these money fights going to support the lifestyle he's accustomed to.

Yeah that's basically my thoughts as well. Can't see the endgame here for Floyd and am hoping he isn't so desperate for cash.

I was into the circus fights but this one is too rediculous for me to be interested in. It's gotta be inexperienced fighter vs inexperienced fighter or legend vs legend. No where in between. Now there will be months of fake beef to sell this fiasco.

However, I do like the idea of the PPV having a pricing structure that benefits people buying it early. Real fights should start doing this.

Mayweather making money doing exhibitions is going to make a lot of people very mad. All they want is for him to lose and he won't give them it.

I think I may pay to watch this one. Would prefer Mayweather not to take the fight as I dont want him to loose but I can see why he does it. Calculated risks for lots of money.
