Tyson Fury: What's Up?

Back to topic: Fury is just being Fury - a typical gypo con artist. He’ll answer this question when he needs attention. The guy is an attention starved tosser and he wants all the limestone himself. If AJ beats Pulev (who would be the 2nd best opponent on Fury’s resume) in style - watch Fury start trying to hug the limelight again with his posturing.
Regardless, I think it all depends on how AJ looks against Pulev. If he looks sharp - expect Fury to take a warm-up fight in Jan or Feb and Arum will push for the AJ fight since it would be the last fight on his current contract. However, if AJ looks pedestrian - Fury will fight him next.
Look her up for those who don't get the joke...you will.

Fury's last opponent is better than anyone on AJ's resume.
Before the pandemic the IBF ordered a mando on a date before the WBO's ordered mando. The IBF ordered Pulev because Pulev requested mandatory status.
Pulev tried to get in the mando slot before AJ rematched Ruiz. The IBF let AJ get his belts back and that's about all they did for Joshua.
Pulev's been mando at least since he whooped Hughie.
Usyk was still fighting CW and talking about a HW fight. It was known he would be the WBO mando but he hadn't even yet stepped into the ring as a HW by the time Kubrat was the IBF mando.
Fury fans don't need bull like this to make Josh look bad....it's just extra nonsense.

Obviously a troll thread, but whatever.
I think the big problem with making AJ vs Fury is that Fury does now have this mass appeal but the demographics AJ hits bring the money. Your average man in the street is likely to know and like Fury but the coked-up city boys who'll pay the money for tickets to fights they'll get too hammered to even remember follow AJ. Fury vs Pulev would struggle to sell out an arena, let alone a stadium. But it seems like AJ's willing to accept 50:50 so the fights will happen.

I'm like 99% sure the reality of it is team Wilder know he can't beat Fury but at 36 or whatever he is, he doesn't have time to rebuild from scratch, so they are trying to milk the last dime out of this third fury fight. But I think they overplayed it and the contract lapsed.
But now it's a legal situation so it is what it is, you can't blame fury, he's been waiting for Wilder all year then tried to put a little something together at last minute to give us something to watch and team Wilder blocked it.
Go talk to them, it's them who's ruining it for us all.Originally posted by DaNeutral. View PostWell this isn't the best place to get an honest answer on that. You will be told that Joshua offering more money than Fury will have ever won from a single fight, multiple call outs and a signed contract would be proof of Joshua ducking.
You will also be told Fury is a glove cheat and will be too busy getting sued by that nob head Deontay Wilder to be able to. Fight anybody.
Truth is though that Joshua would love to fight Fury should he get past Pulev but Fury is flakey so you never know what he does or doesn't want to do and fish eyes along with wrinkled peanut Arum would rather this fight didn't happen cuz of the chance Joshua and give Eddie Hearn an undisputed champ in the stable.

The way I saw Sky Sports promoting the fight was downright disgusting. Using images of nurses on covid wards and charity drives all to push a ****ty fight against a +700 underdog that they're charging £25 for. I dont mind Joshua as a guy but the machine behind him is everything I hate about organised sports these days.
