what do you think al haymon does as an advisor? why doesnt he get his fighters some help? under his watch Broner completely destroyed his career. for all the praise and almost worship al haymon receives from these guys, he sure as hell could be doing more for them.
Ruiz did the same thing. He got a fight with Joshua via dm which he initiated of his own accord. He then won and started thanking al haymon ie 'al haymon did all of this for me, i owe it ALL to al haymon'. then he went off the deep end.

He's the advisor. Whatever that means. Yet all his guys are on booze or drugs. the guy who has al on speed dial and has chit chats with, he gets done for sexual assault.
