Go watch First Take and you’ll see.

You can be a fan of his all u want, those were still excuses.

Crawford’s BS is that he can’t sell a crowd at all and keeps whining for a pac fight because he wants to use PAC to build his own stardom.

Spence vs Crawford and Bud beats him.

    Doesn’t sound like excuses.

An excuse is, “they made me fight with grant gloves”. “if I was wearing cleto, I would have finished him”

    That’s an excuse.

“ I fought a game plan and won with that game plan but I could have beaten him any way I want”

    Is not an excuse.

You don’t make an excuses for winning.

P.S. Spence grew up less than 5 miles from me.
Hes a good fighter, but I never bought into the stories about hes punching power.Of course it's normal to hype a guy but fans are allowed to be objective. I had a bit of stick when I said Canelo wasnt a puncher on here years ago,but I'm comparing to the very highest echelon historically. Like you say,it is a known thing, but theres been alot of hype about him flattening heavyweights, breaking bones and stopping Canelo at middle. The Garcia fight brought it back into perspective for me.

That's the problem - and WHY you have to fight top opposition to get exposure. That's why him fighting Porter is the smartest thing he could do right now. Porter is hugely exposed because he's mainstream AND people know he's a tough out. So fight him, beat him DECISIVELY better than Spence did - now, you can sell a Spence fight at 50/50 split.

But when he's fighting "nobodys and has-beens like Brook" he can't make a case for anything more than 40% against Spence, yet he's screaming he should have the larger pot. Why?
FYI - - - Nobody knows who Porter is outside of real boxing fans either. Spence is the best fight that Crawford can make aside from FMJ (we obv know that's not happening)

I never bought that stuff. It was more mythical than saying that GGG is an ATG Mw. At least GGG somewhat made a case for that.

Bro that's a lie, you know full well it's a lie.

Porter is on mainstream media TV Eve outside of boxing. He's seen. He's known. Way more than Crawford who won't even go do radio shows (per Bob Arum).

Remember, Porter fought and beat Broner, who is also mainstream. Porter fought and beat Paulie who is mainstream. People know who the guy is.

Boxing people know who Porter is, that's it. He is nowhere near mainstream.

Im not sure who shouldve told him, but, showing the world you can box from the outside, vs a short, career lightweight when you are a HUGE career welterweight is just straight up WRONG advice. NOBODY wanted to see that bs. It was a snoozer, no more, no less. They wanted to see you knock Mikey tf out, period.

vs Porter, he FORCED you to fight that way as he does EVERYONE.

I think Spence is a good fighter but his excuses are pretty weak.

Okay, that's why he was able to text celebs and get them to attend the fight against Spence.

                  Ok bro

Broner also dropped Porter just like Spence

The only difference between Broner and Spence in their Porter fights is that Spence had the size to fend off Porter. Other than that, they pretty much has the same skills.

Spence and Crawford are just lucky there's no Maidana in their generation

Lol So he was known by a few celebs who enjoy boxing, that means nothing. If he was well known he would have sell outs and be on PPV and he just isn't.

                      Have a great Friday
