Rematch Clause Spence vs Garcia

Does anybody know if there is a rematch clause in the Spence Garcia fight. If there was one it would habe to come from EJ's side in case pf a loss.

How many in house rematches has pbc done? Wilder-Ortiz and Charlo-Harrison are the only two that come to mind and Ortiz had to wait a while to get his rematch.
