Two schools of thought, in a way it's a good thing if outsiders can bring revenue and new fans to the sport. On the other hand, it's turning into a carnival atmosphere now, and at some point we need to see a faded boxer dust off his trunks and knock one of these YouTubers out in one round. End all of this talk about how easy it is to be a pro boxer.

Jake will surely be on his 'highest reward/lowest risk' train right now. Setting up a fight with a big name, athlete probably, who will draw in viewers, but should be a win for him, is likely what he will do.

A fight with someone like Tarver isn't a bad idea for him at some point, to maybe build some more credibility, and then try and use that to force a mega fight with a real star like McGregor or Mayweather.

I don't really see the benefit of this fight now - pretty high risk and low reward.

Jake Paul fought two YouTubers. The equivalent of two of us meeting up from the forum and fighting. What is he but a novice? A lot of black guys in their feelings after this one.

Jake has been training and sparring for a couple of years now. He's been taking boxing pretty serious.

Look around this thread. There are a few who think Jake would stand a chance. That's the confidence Tarver would like to squash, but having been in the ring and training with pro fighters, I'm sure Paul knows better.
