I don't think so. He's only going to be older and not better.

I go the opposite...Teofimo Stops Loma in a rematch

Reason why is because Loma would have to up his work rate and let his hands go more which is NOT Loma style. Letting his hands go more vs a Powerful Counter Puncher with good timing will only open him up to caught more compared to him being reluctant to get countered the first 6 Rounds like he was in that 1st Fight.

Loma always fought in Spurts, he gets his combos off then he either turns this opponent or he goes into his high guard shield and bails out and reset. So yeah good luck trying to open up more vs a Big Counter Puncher. I do think Teofimo slowed down and gassed a bit after building a lead and took some middle rounds off to close the show and finish strong which is what he did in that 12 Rounds

You're as emotionally scarred as the Pacquiao fans after Manny lost to Mayweather, you will not let this go nor will you ever move on Rematch Not Happening unfortunately for you. Teofimo has a lot of options so he doesn't really need to run it back with Loma not unless ESPN and Arum offers him a TON of money for it

Lopez won't give Loma a rematch. There is a huge risk to lose

Nope. He’s too big for Loma. 2nd fight will go the same.

I think Loma might lose twice because he’ll have to take risks and Lopez might catch him cold.
It'll never happen, but I think a rematch would be totally worth seeing because Loma is one of those rare guys that might be able to work it out in the gym and make the adjustments for the next fight, but at the same time I agree with you that in order to do that, he's going to have to take more chances and press the action which everybody knows might end up in him getting KTFO. All of this occurring at a very high level of the art/science. Both are at or near their prime. Could set up an historic trilogy. What's not to like?

The veteran with a zillion amateur fights got schooled by the green newbie. Embarrassing. Lopez will knock his ass out in a sequel.

But these young cats ain't even thinking about Loma no more. He ain't got no belts, no hype, no money. Lomachenko is old news.

I think maybe but he would need full unrestricted use of both arms to do it. I’m not sure Loma is ever going to have that again. The injury he suffered against Linares was a career changer.

Come on man, saying Lopez dominated the 2nd half is ridiculous. Lopez beat the dogsht out of him the 12th like a true champion. Loma can’t open up the first half of the fight because Lopez matches him in speed and reflexes, which nobody thought he could because Loma was supposed to be the matrix. And we know who’s the stronger guy. Bad outcome for loma.

I would welcome a fight again between maybe the 2 best technicians in the sport.
