The only people Joe has problems with are the ones he can't catch. No way he catches the new AJ, but DD ain't no AJ. Big Joe is slow, but he stays the same. Other guys start out fast, but fade under his pressure.

I think Dubois but it's 50/50. Joyce has just about the best 11 fight heavyweight resume we've seen - and keeps on moving up and winning despite looking crap while winning at previous levels.

I keep thinking that there's no way Warren puts Dubois in this fight if he thinks he doesn't win it.

But then he would be cashing out on Joyce... which I could understand with crowds but this is a pretty cheap way to cash out. Even if Warren does quite clearly need an event.

So maybe it's none of that and we should just give massive credit to Joyce, Dubois, and Warren. It's a really good fight that didn't need to happen. But they're doing it anyway... because both fighters believe they'll win.

All these people saying Dubois hasn't fought anybody - never occurs to them that at one point most champions had that big step up fight and prevailed. Weak argument.

Silver medallist, gold medallist - always means something when it's someone like Loma or Rigo but on the other hand you have your Luke Campbells too.

I know Joe has the temperament to not get too excited when in trouble, maybe he’s learned by now to not exert any nervous energy at all.

The young kid Dubois, on the other hand, is used to blasting out his opposition; so patience, and pacing himself while being able to plan a good offensive attack is yet to be seen.

That’s what so cool about boxing, you just never know.

Joe Joyce is slow with his hands but his feet are quite good and that’s why he’s deceptive, he is very good at cutting off the Ring and getting into range with his feet. that’s how he can be effective even with slow hands.

Anybody that fights in straight lines like Dubois is going to have problems with Joyce.

Interesting fight anyway.
