Why did Pacquiao refuse random blood testing from 2009-2011, yet..

Yet he suddenly accepted after around 2012?

Why the sudden turn around? Why the initial refusal?

Pac is an atg and still active, so it’s fair to ask questions about his career.

If draining blood weakened him, why did he turn around and accept after 2012?

Because Arum did not want the fight and it was the last excuse they could hang on to, Arum knew Floyd would kill his goose that laid the Golden Egg, so they said they wanted 50/50 nobody got 50/50 with Floyd, he agreed, then they said they wanted a 10 mill weight forfeit, Floyd agreed, then they said no blood testing and we all know the 21 days 14day it makes me weak and cant do it because Floyd is bigger routines, then they sued Floyd and Co to nail the coffin shut.

Arum did not want that fight at that time and did everything he could to undermine it until it suited him.

He finally got done pounding your mother and had the time to go get tested, which he badly needed to do after that.

That makes no sense, Manny had much more of a chance in 2009 than in 2015.

He accepted in 2012? Why did it take 3 more years to make the fight?
