Arum came up with the stadium excuse in early 2012. Then Floyd went to jail after facing Cotto in May of that year.

It makes all sense because its what happened check the facts and the timeline then come back and tell me where its wrong with proof of why its wrong.

Arum knew Floyd would beat Manny thats why it never happened, the way it went he made loads more money that if Floyd beat him in 2010.

Arum did not want that fight at that time and did everything he could to undermine it until it suited him.

            exactly !

when Arum realized that Mayweather would never relinquish his testing demands... he immediately killed that fight until he had finished milking the manny-cow dry

            hence, the lawsuit !

that is why Malignaggi and Atlas, who said much worse than Mayweather, were not also sued... because Pacquaio did not need to avoid fighting them

I would stick around to help, but there is already disinformation and bullshlt in this thread

thread starter needs to fix his opening allegation talking about 2012

            nothing happened in 2012

14 days before, how the fck is that agreeing, random blood testing has no notice or x amount of days cut off from event its random right up to event.

                This was under your video.

As long as they're not getting a large amount of blood, I am willing to give out blood as close to two weeks before the fight," said Manny Pacquiao, agreeing to undergo random drug and urine testing 14 days before a potential Nov. 13 fight with Floyd Mayweather, according to The Manila Bulletin.

There were more even stevens then and Pacquiao and Co. didn’t trust Mayflower’s bought company USADA (later we realize for good reason). Why a neutral company was asked for. The fight only happened when Pacquiao’s stock had waned, the fight became more reasonable when one guy’s ego was brought down.
