I said all along that I wouldn't watch this, but I probably will.

I know it will be a sham. We probably won't get a winner. Neither will be really going for it.

But it's Roy Jones v Mike Tyson. I'll have to take a look. I just hope they don't look too bad.

I wonder if so many people had something to say about cash grabbing and stuff when The Rumble In The Jungle was staged in Zaire, of all places, to bring money and glory to Mobutu, one of the baddest dictators ever.

Look up ANY AND ALL articles and interviews the man has given and he states unequivocally his check is being written over to charity.

Now those are THE FACTS. You may not like the facts. You may not understand what it means to “give” but don’t come in here half ****ed like you’re speaking truth.
what about jones ? ..Tyson I agree ( no problem with him ) he will donate his 1/3 Of his purse .. if you provide me with evidence the other 2/3 will also be donated completely to charity AND 100% of Jones purse I’ll gladly shut the **** up and apologise Until then don’t be ****ing naive on the balance of generated revenues

I’d be shocked if Roy didn’t do the same thing but you never know.

Sadly, it’s overshadowing the Spence-Garcia fight.

Haha, no man - I sound OLD

What I mean, these guys have always generated money. We'll never know for sure where that money goes. In that regard I trust no one, to be honest.

I understand what you mean with it being hard to turn away from two of the sports greats going head to head but I just can’t get into it.

Either it’s a glorified touch sparring session were no one goes out to hurt one another and the audience feel cheated or they go for it and then I worry about Roy after watching enzo mac nearly behead him.

It’s not the site. Lewis is worst analyst ever.
He tries to stay neutral all the time and repeats the same shít all the time.
Ask him who wins the fight and the response is “depends on who wants it the most”. What kind of shít is that?
Pick one, Tyson or Roy? “Depends on the ring size”!

A simple respond like .. .. “this is an 8 round fight with two minute rounds. It favors Tyson.
Tyson’s power even at 54 will be too much for Roy. Roy is 51, he’s feet were long gone and so were his reflexes.
Tyson just needs to swarm Roy and pound him and my prediction is he will end Roy in three rounds”.

                    How easy was that?
Probably, except even with two minute rounds i don’t know how long Tyson can swarm before gassing terribly.

It either ends very, very early or mike completely runs out of steam and Roy stays away from him for the majority of the fight.

                      It really is.

I don’t think most people buy PPV’s or go out 2 weekends in a row to watch boxing. So most will see this one and forget about Spence - Garcia, which is a real good and relevant bout.
