    Most Shocking Results

I was recently watching a video with different reactions from the Fury-Wilder 2 fight, and one common phrase I remember was “shocking”.

I also have read and heard similar responses to Tyson-Holyfield 1, as well as Ali-Foreman.

I’d throw Pacquiao-Marquez 4 up there as well, for the way Marquez shockingly halted the Pacquiao hype-train.

What are some other results in boxing where you remember feeling like a hype-train got derailed in shocking fashion?

    GGG vs. Canelo

Before the fight most were saying Canelo doesn't even last 6 rounds.

      That’s fair.
He took GGG’s vaunted power exceedingly well. Some of those shots landed cleanly and he shook his head no. Also walked through some heavy fire from Jacobs. Didn’t have a problem with fading Kovalev either. As a matter of fact, Canelo may have one of the best chins in boxing history.

Some have even picked him to beat Wilder if he ever moves up to heavyweight.

I hear ya! I'm not dissing GGG's skill but they had ppl screaming he was the BEST MW of all time. Would school Ward and Kov. And was 10x better than Hopkins.

Both have Granite chins. I was shocked neither was even dropped.

Teo comes to mind. I don't think he should be considered a P4Per. A much smaller man gave him practically the first 6 rounds and STILL almost won.

I remember not being able to speak. Completely stunned and in a state of disbelief.

Before the 1st fight most bets Vegas took was GGG by KO, TKO. Sounds like a lot of ****** bets. I took the over. And I took multiple bets with ppl various rounds. Lowest was under 6 rounds.
