Again, I'll say it again, it's not unusual that Pacquiao fans, whom hasn't made noise since Thurman, has given any action for his devoted fans filipinos. He made a poster of Pac vs Spence, but didn't make one for Pac vs Crawford. Means diehard Pac fans are afraid that Pac will lose to Crawford. Centura Tuna is a filipino brand if I'm not mistaken. pac diehards mad that Canelo is the face. hence the thread

"i'm not really a 175 pounder!" we heard the same when canelo was ducking ggg "im not really a 160 pounder! im a 155 pounder?" we can see the pattern now. as trump says it is what it is
Pac's time is gone. It's the Canelo Era! Deal with it!

True, I thought Ryder out worked him. Imagine what Canelo will do. But 168 has been weak for over a decade now. Zurdo never fought anyone while champion and Plant is probably the most talented of the lot. But, if titles are there to be taken I can't blame Canelo for picking them from the low-lying fruit. Despite Bivol's willingness to come down to 168 to fight Canelo, he doesn't have any leverage. Bivol should have beaten Canelo to the punch and took those titles from Smith and Plant if he wanted some negotiating leverage.

Canelo is blazing through the Smith bros. This will be 2 down and 15 more to go. #LegacyFights

Thing is would Smith and Plant fight have fought him. In this safety first era of boxing I'm not sure these fights would have happened.

I think Plant would. I don't know about Smith. Canelo's path going forward is going to look a lot like Tank's path going forward. Find the lowest risk for the highest reward. Pluck some titles from the weakest links and hype up their names for exposure. In his defense, he did offer Charlo $12M, so I don't think he is ducking anyone. If he decides to revisit 175 he needs to see Bivol and Beterbiev, or don't even bother.

its just lame how we can all see the division isnt very hot at the moment and thats where he chooses to campaign and not because thats his "weight". when 160 was hot he was a 155 pounder, when the ggg rematch was an option he was a 175 pounder? now that beterbiev is the top guy at 175 hes a 168 pounder? i hope nobody threatening comes around then he could be a 165 or 172 pounder in the future

also i dont think bivol has much leverage to get those fights. he just has to hope someone like canelo fights him and of course that wont happen

He's an undefeated, reigning world champion in Canelo's division. He's also the guy with the real WBA Super Middleweight title (Canelo is currently the WBA paper champ). What is there to criticize?
