Good numbers. Crawford has been on the cusp for awhile. Just needs the right fight and a bit more promotion.

It was really sad that Brook had zero punch resistance left cos that fight was going to be interesting had it progressed beyond that round. Brook's jab was super sharp and his one-two seems very quick and heavy leather. Not saying he would have beaten Bud but it would have been a very, very interesting fight 'cos Crawford was getting troubled and on the way to his eyes been super swollen from that jab. How is he going to react to that adversity? I really would have loved to find out.

I know the average telecast numbers for Crawford vs Brook are higher, but that's misleading. The Lomachenko/Lopez went on for like six hours while this one was for two hours.

Just pretty amazing the type of numbers the Lomachenko/Lopez fight did because Crawford/Brook ratings are rock solid........yet don't come close to the other fight.
I think Ctawford vs any live body would do great numbers and I'm gonna take a guess it would be to see if he loses more than anything. That's what made Floyd do big numbers

Proof that he is a draw. And the kneegrow haters cannot claim it’s because he was fighting a Mexican...he was fighting a British coloured bloke that only boxing fans know. This again blows a hole in the oft used claim that coloured fighters cannot draw ratings. Its just proven time and time again to be untrue and centred on racist designs. Crawford is a star he has just had poor promotion by TR. Boxing in general is doing well ok American television, totally eclipsing ufc.

This proves absolutely nothing at all tbh. Paid cable after a college football game that’s already had millions viewing is a far cry from PPV of 70$ per view where your best numbers were 150,000.

Who talks like this? You sound like an antiquated racist calling people 'knee-grows' and 'coloured'.

Crawford is not being promoted poorly. He is the best pound for pound fighter and is the highest rated fighter in the sport despite having the charisma of toenail fungus.

Boxing is not eclipsing the UFC. They've had way better PPV buyrates this year which is where all their premium fights are at.

Ah come on man, I know you are affiliated with Top Rank, but now turning on Bud???

But yes, they have promoted his fights fine and have given him opportunities to be bigger outside of boxing. However, they have not helped him with the type of fights he's gotten. If Bud can't get certain fights, then there is a cap on how big he can be.
