If there is too much politics at 147 (by virtue of Crawford literally choosing to not fight anyone, I add). How in the world is he going to fight Charlo?

Maybe he'll take that one free belt. But if he won't fight any of the top guys at 147, how in the world do we expect him to fight Charlo at 154?

whats the point? if he moved up to 154 he'd do exactly what he does at 147, scout around for washed up fighters and bums. he'd go nowhere the top fighters

You realize that him going after Teixeira is just as bad as him going after Indongo and Horn...right?

I just want to make sure you understand what you're asking.

Why wouldn't you want him to go up to 154 and fight someone like Erislandy Lara, a guy who has never been dominated, got arguably robbed at least twice, who we can see is a VERY skilled fighter, but isn't necessarily inaccessible?

Plus Lara is IBO champ at 154, which means the WBO is more likely to give Crawford the shot if he wants it.

Plus Lara is with a promoter that's done business with Crawford before (Gamboa, Prescott), so Crawford can't use the PBC excuse.

That seems more logical to me.
