I always feel like things start going off the rails when either P4P or ATG status are discussed because they purely fantasy. There won't ever be definitive answers available and it's just an opinion.

Because of this, it's also the thing that probably generates the most argument among boxing fans. Personally, I don't engage in the exercise so I have no clue how I would rank him in these mythical ratings.

There is no need to exaggerate to build your legend. Just keep winning it will come.

One thing is certain, he should be higher up than Loma on the P4P list. If P4P is the discussion regarding who would win in a mythical matchup if both fighters were the same size? Well both fighters were the same size and Teo beat him handily. So ESPN how can you rate Loma higher? P4P was never designed to be a discussion on body of work. Loma should be ahead of Teo on the most accomplished fighters list but not P4P. The former is about legacy the latter is about the most dangerous fighters today. Someone at ESPN is getting things confused.
That's without a doubt! Does ESPN have Loma ranked higher than Lopez, even after the fight? Even with 2 losses in only 16 fights? That has to be a mistake!

Wait, when did Teo beat Crawford?

Boxrec actually has Povetkin in the top 10...

Their P4P system is pure trash, P4P lists are anyway.

Teofimo should be right next to Jeff Horn, Hasim Rhamin and Buster Douglas.

“It’s amazing. I believe top five is where I belong. One thing I don’t like is that it’s me and Loma next to each other. I’m like, ‘Ugh, nah, kick him out.’
If his excuses of ducking the rematch aren't enough, after this BS I firmly believe that Teo knows how lucky he was to skate by, and he has no intention of ever going anywhere near Loma again.

Until he proves me wrong, I think he's more of Buster Douglas than Lennox Lewis.

If he beats Haney he'll crack the top 5.

Bro...I stand corrected. Someone has changed the list. They had Loma two places higher than Teophemo After the fight. Luckily this makes no sense and this has been adjusted.
