I am not sure what the issue is, this fight is better preparation for Tyson Fury 'If he wants to face Anthony Joshua'.

I stated this awhile back 'Neither Joshua or Fury, are fighting each other next'.

Joshua will face Usyk, and fury will be facing Wilder etc.
The third fight happens only if Fury wants it .Wilder has no legal grounds to force one .

Your name can be on the contract it wouldn’t make a slight bit of difference once a contract expires the plaintiffs would have to show some type of effort in ongoing negotiations or conversations , and we all know that never happened. In fact the Fury camp will use Team Wilders own silence against them and will show team Wilder were the ones to put the expiration date in the contract so ?

It is not legally possible to revive an expired contract — in the eyes of the law, once a contract has expired, it no longer exists.

Best case scenerio for Wilder if team Fury offers a new contract and back dates to where the fight has to happen soon ,a renewed contract which would be binding .

The other problem facing team Wilder is IF the contract and all its terms continue to exist for a reasonable time period beyond the express termination date. The definition of “reasonable time period” varies by jurisdiction. This was already included in the pre existing one where a extension was already put in place .

You have not seen the contract, so basically all of what you are saying? Sounds pretty smart, but in reality is complete and utter nonsense 'You are just making stuff up mate'.

How on earth do you know so much about these contracts?

Looks like this forum is full of experts.

I get it? You don't want to see the 3rd fight. But Deontay Wilder and his team are not going away 'The saga between Fury & Wilder is not over'.

If the fight happens it’s because Fury wants it when the the December Kabayel fight isn’t happening due to financial roadblocks not Wilder.

I’d take my experience in the legal field over yours who has none ,yes . You don’t have to see the contract to know how contracts work because there is no difference between any expired contract in legal terms if so please show me ?

Furys upcoming fight is a U.S one so now the question is will he still fight Wilder even though he stated he would never get another shot and that’s the biggest one in the U.S for him but just because you say it’s not over doesn’t make it a reality . In principle Fury should stay away from these guys they are poison to the sport and does no one good ,they won’t be missed and does the gain outweigh the b.s one has to put up with from team Wilder ? Does Fury want to give Wilder another payday ? We know these answers .

If it happens it happens but you won’t catch me crying about it . The outcome is as obvious as can be for two champions fighting ,I’d rather see Wilder fight an actual prime puncher in the top 5 for once .

It makes perfect sense Fury would rather ''fight'' the unknown bum than deal with Wilder again.

If Fury and Warren are so independent and confident in their "contract", why is the Dec. 05 fight not happening?

You can look at contracts form two different perspectives - a strictly legal one by going to the court, or a legal/moral binding if you intend to stay in the business. What if you go to court and win but risk losing your partnerships in terms of working with PBC and Al Haymon? in terms of people investing money? in terms of TV contracts/air time? Is it worth the legal battle?

If Wilder's side (Al Haymon) wants the fight, they will get it. May be agree to new dates or allow a fight in-between, but they will get it. Otherwise, things would become quite hard for Arum and Fury in the US. So, yeah, you can already hear the changing tune from Fury and Warren and Arum. For a guy that believed the contract is dead and done and claim Fury is fighting on Dec. 5 in the UK and claim that the trilogy is over, to now say Fury will be back in Feb. /Mar. and fight in the US and Wilder trilogy could happen. You know some strings somewhere were pulled to bring him back to the right direction.

Heard whisperings that Fury is going to be signing a UK promotional/broadcast deal with Matchroom/Sky in the UK.
