It reminded me of people complaining about Haney not stopping an opponent!
The guys eye was busted and swelling up in two rounds, this discussion is legitimate. This is nothing like the bull**** complaints on Haney, who pitched a shutout.

Now, fighters are overhyped and overrated on NSB as soon as they lose a round, amazing.

This forum is not getting better.

Been saying it for a while. Check the post history. I've been on this forum longer than you also. You got threads saying Crawford is the best since SRL and better than Floyd Mayweather Jr. all from beating washed up drained Brook... that's called overrating and over hyping

Before this fight with Brook, crawford had the BEST punch connect defense according to compubox. His opponents only landed 21% of their punches and that ranked #1 in the welterweight division. His defense isnt Floyd but it isnt nearly as bad as this board makes it out to be.

His defense is bad only when he wants to really get his opponent out of there. What does that tell you.

... as being a switcher, Bud first assesses his opponent's moves and reactions...

Right. It’s not like it’s unusual for him to lose sum early rounds and get touched a few times. Once he starts applying the pressure he’s the one landing and the opponents success goes way down. Still I hate seeing a fighter lose a feel out round by a jab or two and having that be worth the same point as out-landing the guy by twenty in a later round. If he can start quicker with experience on his side, he will all that much harder to deal with.

How can you call a p4p fighter not overly good?
Actually forget that what about since Bud came up to 147 hes knocked out 4 out of 4 opponents.
Of course he will get hit when he goes for the kill in all his fights.
Would you rather him fight from the outside and potshot and not get hit and win by decision???
