Happy for Bisping. Been following his career since The Ultimate Fighter 3 show. Hated him and sometimes rooted for him. One thing for sure, he knows how to sell a fight. Good for the Brit!

This film will be based on a book about stories from journeymen by Mark Turley. It is one of the most important and interesting book on boxing. Great for teaching newbies and hardcore fans about the role of journeymen and their stories. In many ways it exposes the corruption in British Boxing, although I don’t believe that’s the intention. An essential read IMO

My dude Warrior starring Tom Hardy and Joel Edgerton that movie was great and was named one of the best movies of the year when it came out.

I like the idea of this because this represents the vast majority of professional boxers.

The boxers that main****** are used to seeing, are the 1%. No one gives a **** ass about the other 99% of boxers. This will open people’s eyes about the truth of what boxing really is. Sad. A guy getting beat up for maybe $700 and then going to work at a factory the next day, making $15 per hr if he’s lucky.

This glitz and glamour that is pumped out with boxing movies, most of the time, is far from the truth. The underdog who gets his shot and wins does happen sometimes, but it’s so few and far between.

I look forward to this because it’s different than most boxing movies and it’s more real. At least, that’s how I hope it will be.

Article made me think of American journeyman Reggie Strickland. Finished up with a record of 66-276-17. Reggie wasnt a bad fighter, I remember reading an article about how he would often go to an opponent's hometown and box the guys ears off and still take the "L". He once beat a guy with a gaudy record named Brent Cooper who went on to be a member of the original contender series.

You can scoff at these dudes but they are a necessity in boxing. Look at Randall's record and look how many fighters who became big names fought him early in their careers.

So, an ex-UFC guy... playing lead role in a boxing movie. And the movie industry wonders why boxing fans are long since fed up with Hollywood's interpretation of the sport. SMH

Oh really...thanks for clarifying genius. Where do they get you clowns.

As stated if you took 96 straight a$$ whoopins, at this stage I don’t trust you are the best person to tell your own story. We need a close friend or girlfriend with all her faculties to direct this.
Oh dear, someone is once again whoring themselves with lipstick smeared all over her face and on unsteady legs looking a state all because a bum got what was coming to him.

Put the bottle and the pipe down. Take off those stilettos, and run yourself a bath. I bet it's been months since you washed? Go on, relax and keep out of trouble you old slag.

The point is after 96 beatings you aren’t even a good source of reference on your own life.

But for guys like you I guess we have to leave bread crumbs.

Either way, this guy should have found a new direction after 15 fights. Whomever was continuing to set him up with fights also needs 96 straight ass whoopins.
If only Wilder found a new direction. Maybe then we wouldn't have to suffer watching him struggle against all the handpicked bums he cherry picked and then get absolutely merked when fighting his first world level fighter.

I'm sure they'll be more American bums to come along to replace your smurf in a giraffes costume.

                    Sending hugs until he comes.

                      This.

Not hiring a journeyman for advice would be weird. Think mid-top level boxers know the grimeyness of the bottom?

Cant wait to watch. Used to not like Bisping too much but as time went by it became hard not to. The man is a true warrior and his podcasts are hilarious sometimes with his insight.
