If Bud had not been so loyal to TopRank and Bog and resigned with them, he would have definitely fought some of these guys by now. Bog likes to milk guys and has hated Al Haymon for allowing fighters to get there worth. In turn Bog doesn't want to do business and it hurts the big fights, and bogs these guys careers down.

Crawford ain’t never been afraid of any of these guys but the way boxing is based on networks and promotions some things haven’t worked out. He’s no different than Pacquiao when it comes to being willing to face whomever, but it still has to make sense because everyone want to get paid! He ain’t never scared though. Bob is and will always be greedy so his age doesn’t matter, he still like things on his terms. Crawford loyalty more than likely cost him him the biggest fights that could be made when he resigned with Bob Arum, it’s that simple.Comment

They both want Pac first because money over legacy comes into play and that lottery ticket affords either guy a huge money fight with Pac before they fight each other and lose the 0 that is providing either guy beats Pac. Odds are in their favor against Pac but he has beat the odds beforeComment

July 24, 2016:
Terence Crawford: Manny Pacquiao Must Fight Me at 140!
Crawford has no problem with facing Pacquiao but cautions that - "It will be at 140."
"If Bob Arum wants that fight and my coaches want that fight, that's something we'll talk about later. I let my coaches handle that. I am a fighter and I will fight anybody. I'm happy and I'm about to go on vacation. We not worried about Manny Pacquiao right now."
Crawford Wants Pacquiao at 140. On Saturday night at the MGM Grand in Las Vegas, Terence Crawford punched his way to a lopsided 12-round unanimous decision over Viktor Postol Saturday to unify the World Boxing Organization and World Boxing Council super lightweight world titles.
He should've been worried, and he shouldn't have made any demands either, even if Roach did say Pac could make 140! Could've been a legacy-defining fight? Hindsight is 20/20!Comment

I will just say that Pacquiao is 41 and even thou he still a great fighter he is not anywhere near the monster he was.
Crawford chasing Pacquiao over Spence tells me everything I need to know about him, he a terrific fighter but I got a lot more respect for Errol than for him.
And no, it's impossible for me tu put him #1 P4P, the guy hasn't done anything in the last 3 years.Comment
