I think if Loma adjusts his strategy, he can win.

But at the same time, he is already pushing his weight limits. Still, would love to see him try to take the belts back
He didn't really beat up Loma but he had Loma frozen and stole the show winning the first 6 rounds, not doing so much because Loma was literally not doing anything.

The fight started by the 7th since you need to be 2 to engage.

I don't think it was loma's choice to start slow, Teo had him gun shy, it just that I think they kinda underestimated Teo skills and speed and Loma was not ready for that, skills + speed + power + reach is a hard problem to solve.

In a rematch Loma knows he can't give away early rounds and must try to win every round. He also knows what tactics work on Lopez from winning 4 strait rounds.
Maybe, but Loma didn't give away rounds, nobody does, it just that he needed 7 rounds to figure Teo's game out, and Teo became overconfident too trying to land big punches and not using mainly his jab like he did in the first 7 rounds.

Loma adjusted agreed, but hey, Lopez will be hell in the first 5 rounds with fresh power.

It's mainly that Loma does not increase his power moving up, he's light fisted and short as you said at 135, so with all the skills in the world, if you fight another guy who can box and is longer and has way more pop than you like Teo it will be a problem.

He can drop the Crolla of the world with punches they can't see at 135 but it won't impress or put pressure on guys like Lopez.

Loma would obviously be much more aggressive early on but that would leave openings that Lopez could exploit.

I actually wanna see a rematch tbh.
Me too.... The first was close enough to warrant a rematch.

But like I say Loma would be more aggressive but it puts him more at risk of what he was avoiding the first fight. But after losing I think Loma willing to take that risk.
