Haney Effect

Devin you had a lot of films to study Gamboa. Gamboa was a grown ass man when you was born. As of fact he is more closer to Billy Haney age than Devin. I see alot of holes in Devin fighting style. He is very beatable just like the rest. Tank, Lopez and Ryan. They fight Gamboa for name recognition.

And even then, nobody gave a lot of credit to Bud who was ENORMOUS at 150* pounds it was crazy lol.

Even 6 years ago beating Gamboa at this weight class wasn’t a hugely impressive feat.

Tank got a stoppage and ridiculed for even fighting him to begin with.

14-loss Robinson Castellanos took no damage, outboxed and battered Gamboa and made him quit in 7. And this was years ago.

Gamboa should not have gone the full 12 with a young top prospect. Haney laid a dud against an old shot fighter fresh off achilles surgery. A prime 21 yr old fighter shouldnt be fighting in one gear the whole fight at some point you gotta turn it tf up and get the old guy outta there.

Ya know I agree with Haney about it being hit and not get hit but your comment rings way more true to me. A 21 year old champion shouldn't allow the old damaged goods to see the final bell. Good post
