Being in the construction industry, my perception of the new monstrosities is the most all new construction poorly designed and overly bathroomed , a bad combo leading to plumbing destined to be permanently clogged with no way to clear the mess.

My local $200 mil main library garnished all manner dubious design accolades, but had a maze of squeaky stairs and within a month had put down the 4th floor women's bathroom out of service presumably all the way to the first floor.

Nice computer bank and plenty of books and glassed spaces, but lacking in overall design credibility. It won't last as long as the old Main library will.

I didn't watch it because I had no interest seeing an unfinished home but that's a good mindset more fighters should have. Get the house and set up things to fall back on and if you keep having success, then get the gaudy chains and diamonds if that's your thing.

Most of these athletes have nice houses, in boxing it’s about after they retire that am a little concern for them. Somehow they seem to lose everything.
