and most MMA guys like how boxing is ran over the UFC.

Boxers have the say over their careers in the boxing world so thats why you see alot of roadblocks and hiccups, in the UFC the fighters are treated like commodities and are paid as such aswell.

No UFC fighter will ever reach the heights boxers can.

In Boxing sure fights marinate too long sometimes but thats because thats how a boxers wants to run his career, and ultimately I believe a fighter can dictate who he fights and when. You cant force someone to fight.

And you should always run your program on your time line not anyone else.

Lets take Mikey vs Loma for example.

When Mikey wanted it he was at 135 and Loma was at 130, if Loma would have bow down to Mikey timeline he would have got KO'd by Mikey.

Mikey moves up and Lomachenko enters the 135 division and Mikey just took an L to ESJ at 147, now Loma was calling for that fight but if Mikey would have bow down to Loma timeline and jumped down 2 division to face Loma more than likely Mikey would have taken that L.

More than usually, its just about timing and it will usually only favor one guy. As fans of course one side gonna hate on it the other side will agree with it. It just is what it is.

Stop lying and being misleading. I said the same thing I said about Hearns/Leonard- that poster like you forget that the best fights usually take a while to make.

Leonard and Hearns were champs for a while before they fought.

What you did is read it and came up with some idiotic, warped interpretation because that is what guys like you do.

You get a Thought in your head and then force everything into that narrative to make yourself look smart or right.

We get it- you don’t like black boxers so the fake “marination” complaint from you is just designed to mask that.

When Loma dropped the belt rather than fight Haney, you didn’t say a thing about marinating or delaying.

A little marination can make sense at times. But it is a risk that can back fire and I keep seeing it as a tool to duck or to age somebody past prime.

An in house promoter fight where he was a huge favorite.

Like I said, when he avoided Haney you didn’t say a word.

We know what your real deal is when you bring up marination.

UFC are their own promotional outfit, PBC have tried to develop that model in boxing. Which has prevent us getting bigger and competitive fights. I think we just need them all to come to the table together and work together. But after listening to Ellerbe this week, I doubt we would ever see any top PBC boxers in there with other top boxers from other promotional outfits, other posters would try and play dumb when you point out these sort of shenanigans but hey that’s why we call them out on it.

It is easy for White to make any fight he wants because he is the boss of everything. It is his way or the highway and the fighters have no where else to go if they don't do what he says. boxing is not that way and boxers don't have to accept fights if they don't want to. There are many other networks and promoters they can turn to. Also there are about 30 times as many pro boxers as pro MMA guys. Damn near every UFC fighter is ranked in the top 10 or top 15 because there are so damn few of them. It is almost always the same guys fighting each other over and over again. Many of them are 40 years old and some much older than that and they are still fighting main events.
