no matter the offer, it still has to be reviewed by the manager. so if it came from pacquiao, crawford or jesus, the procedure is that the manager reviews and negotiates. if you never send the offer to the manager, it wasnt serious to begin with. It was 3 million guaranteed PLUS another 2 million in the expected PPV sharing.

Keep in mind, Danny vs Errol in December is expected to earn Danny an additional 2 million. Danny vs Crawford in 2019 would have certainly done that, prior to the pandemic, it could have likely have done twice that. The money was there, not guaranteed but it was there plus more.

well they followed up. managers spoke. promoters and networks did. and we got the big fight. but if you say we have an offer but never make one to the one person in a position to make a deal, the one person they instructed you to contact, then you werent serious. just playing a media game so dummies could believe you seriously made an offer that got rejected.

If no Covid-19, we would be getting Crawford vs. Pacquiao, and not Brook. The longer Manny delays fighting either one of them the less likely that fight happens.

The making of that fight largely relies on the revenue that fight can generate because of the splitting of the proceeds between their respective networks.

Therefore, Crawford or Spence has to beat Mannh first in order to make the fight more marketable and generate enough revenue for both Showtime and ESPN to bite.

Neither of those networks will concede to the other and they won't make a joint promotion if they stand to make a loss.
