That said, Errol is fighting Danny for 8 million and could make another one, maybe two from PPVs. It's substantial, maybe not Pacquio nor Canelo money but still...a...lot...of...money.
I'm not sure the purse numbers for Spence vs Danny G, but if your numbers are accurate, I agree that is good money. But here's where the problem lies..... Danny G is MORE box office than Crawford! So the Spence/DGarcia fight will bring in more buys probably than Spence/Crawford would. Guys like you and I would surely watch both of these. But outside of hardcore boxing fans, Crawford isn't a big draw. And because of what's at stake, Crawford/Spence will both want more money to fight each other, than Spence wants to fight Danny G. And there's just not enough money for the whole thing to come together. However I DO believe it's getting there. Believe it or not, the controversy with them not fighting yet, helps to stir up the interest. Fans can cry all they want, the Brook fight will help. Brook isn't what he used to be, but he's CLEARLY the biggest name to be on Crawfords resume, and no pushover either. I expect if Crawford and Spence both win, the future fight will finally steer in the right direction

Spence beat Porter and that is better than all Crawford`s wins.
