Bad move sticking with DAZN, they already proved they can't be trusted to honor their own contract. More people are going to cancel their subscriptions after this announcement.

DAZN needs to lower their price to 9.99 a month and 79.99 annually. They don't have the roster to justify their current price.

GB should look for an alternate broadcaster than can give more exposure to their rising stars, Vergil and Ryan.

If Canelo is a free agent what could possibly stop a long awaited showdown with Jermall Charlo? This fight needs to happen and now there are no network barriers.

I agree with you on the subscription model. It was a very bad move and a bad sign when DAZN doubled their subscription pricing from $9.99 to $19.99. Huge contracts like Canelo and Anthony Joshua forced them to do that.

I always thought they should have started off with a one month trial at $9.99 then $12.99 a month thereafter. This is more reasonable and would have allowed them to secure more revenue to cover these outrageously high contracts.

$19.99 a month is a deal breaker to me and too high for the limited content that they offer.

Seems the best solution for all parties involved. But one thing is for sure, Canelo won't be getting anywhere near $35M+ per fight just from a broadcaster.

Will take some time but GBP will rebuild! Eric Gomez, Roberto Diaz and the rest at GBP know boxing and know talent so they will find and create new STARS and a new Mexican Superstar

No promoter, deals on a fight by fight basis. Make sure the deal is always in his favor.

I wonder if DAZN will start putting on better fights and make a couple more signings now that they're not committed to losing millions on fights like Canelo vs Fielding and Canelo vs Kovalev anymore
