Kell is a elite fighter but the trouble here is Bud is P4P no.1 in most people's eyes .But they can all be beat and I not saying that Kell will but at 8/1 for a Brook win which is a ****** insult he's got to be worth a few quid.

LOL it doesnt matter. Kell is one of the most over rated boxers anyway. Who did he beat? Porter and.. LOL. Cool, he stepped up to the plate and lost to Earl Spence and GGG. Hes a C- fighter now.

1st ding, he’s disciplined with his weight and confident wherever he is.
Second ding, kell DOES have power at anything from welter to middle AND took big shots from triple G widout flinching....lets see.

That's my point. He beat porter and that's it. He has done nothing after. So how is he considered a top fighter? based of 1 win? a loss to spence? sorry man. at some point you have to win vs top guys and he didnt. thats the bottom line.

IDK about that. Kell Brook schooled Porter, a guy who has beaten or gone life and death with many of the division elite. That win is seriously underrated. Kell was also arguably winning the fight against Errol Spence before getting stopped in the 11th with that eye socket problem. His only other loss came stepping up to a P4P Top 5 opponent two weight classes higher. He hasn't looked sharp in recent fights, and he's not likely ever going to be a HOF guy, but his credentials are more than well-established at WW.

Having said this, he's not on Crawford's level (no one at WW is). Brook will probably have some moments in the early going but I see TC picking him apart by the 3rd round and maybe stopping him inside of 5. He'll come up short, no doubt, but he's not an unworthy challenger.

To be fair that Porter win is pretty good for Brook.


Porter was undefeated and he came to the US to do it.


But yeah Crawford might stop him. No idea why he took the Golovkin fight.

Okay, those are the official scorecards at time of stoppage, but go back and re-watch the fight. It was highly competitive, whatever way you scored it. I always refer to that fight when arguing why Bud Crawford beats Spence. Yes, Spence has matured since then, but he's got flaws and Brook revealed them more than anyone else so far IMO. I understand how easy it is to be a critic, so I get you, but I think you are being overly dismissive of Brook.
