Goes to show what boxing has come to when those numbers are considered 'good'.

That's great for a first time PPV smaller weight division fighter. Respect to Tank.

Idk how they keep him on PPV every time out like they were suggesting doe. There are some great fights at 135, but idk how makeable they are THAT soon.

There's only a handful of guys who've done Tank numbers in their first PPV. And the record for a first PPV is like 400k, 500k iirc. And Tank is in one of those lil guy divisions that casuals & even some hardcores give no fooks about.

Definitely a good first PPV number, but obviously this isn't in the same ballpark of a proven PPV guy like Floyd, Manny or Canelo with some 1M type figure. I doubt Tank can do 1M buys unless that fight with Teo grows into some epic fight/rivalry over the next year or two. Would need to marinate to get to 1M & even than it could come up short.

Yea, cuz how many of those buys were Santa Cruz fans I wonder.

Compared to the Charlo PPV that got around 120000, pretty decent number ... I guess.

Numbers would have been higher had he fought a real threat rather than a blown up Bantamweight

Not bad for a first PPV, but it’s not shot-caller numbers. Especially with help from the undercards and LSC fan base.

So double the Charlo brother numbers.
