Is Crawford as skilled as Floyd was?

Crawford is currently the best welterweight and one of the best fighters P4P. He’s a switch-hitter, can box. He’s not really good on the inside and his defense is a bit leaky, but overall, he’s a very solid all-around boxer with a chip on his shoulder.

Put it this way, he is definitely a fighter who Floyd would have ducked at all costs.

Crawford is an extremely skilled fighter, but there are very few fighters in history as skilled as Floyd Mayweather Jr.

Which means the answer is no.

I doubt it. But we can’t know for sure until Crawford...fights the best fighters. So far he hasn’t. Floyd pretty much did.

Floyd would give other greats a boxing lesson

Floyd schooled Marquez, Mosley, Alvarez, and manny

If Crawford fought those guys when Floyd did, I see Crawford going life and death in a back and forth fight where he gets hit often

two different fighters and skills/stances etc one is more accomplished p4p through out different divisions with multiple belts and retired undefeated amassing fortunes albeit he is also arrogant but that's another matter. The other is a young champion currently making more off a name racking up victories and cruising through his division the question is how long will his dominance endure? only time will tell..
