I do believe that it will be hard for a guy who came from nothing to make millions fighting a certain way to acknowledge that he needs help. I also agree with him regarding Breeland in the sense that people called for change before he let go of Breeland so why the outrage over it.

I'd love for him and Virgil Hunter to link up.
well considering breland is the only person in his camp with legitimate boxing experience, hes also the one that made the correct call to throw in the towel and now hes just being thrown under the bus. if he wants to make changes then fair enough go ahead but accusing breland of being in cahoots with fury team and possibly spiking his water is downright disgusting.

Well, love or hate Wilder, and as questionable as his other statements are, he's correct about Mayweather!

I'm starting to feel sorry for Wilder.

What he really needs is to relocate, as in, leave the country.

Let him get out of that toxic circle in the South and move to Europe somewhere, believe it or not, the U.K would welcome him with open arms, and so would Germany.

You actually have a point, on both the Mayweather and the Breland business. Most of these boxing casual council flat/estate dwellers know that wilder needed to make a change and have called for it as well as a hatred for Mayweather (hmmm I wonder why...) but you rightly call it out as hypocrisy. Don’t expect the benefits collectors to make sense, they failed their A levels....

Wilder is too old to learn new tricks! I would say Breadman or Calvin Ford could be good choices, since they don't have as many people as Ronnie Shields, or Derrick James!

Lol. Hard to disagree. Mayweather has always been an opportunist and will find any way to keep his name in the limelight. At least he was smart on acknowledging that. At the same time, Mayweather woulda probably been the best trainer he's ever had. Don't think any of that will matter with Fury anyway. Fury just got him on lock already.

The whole spiked water accusation is a things on its own and not really the topic de jour. Throwing in the towel doesn't necessarily protect Breland from being fired, but he deserved to be fired with more respect from my outside looking in perspective.

"All this time, and all of a sudden now? Why? I don't need anybody. I've made it all this far. Why do I need to change up anything?"

Sometimes, when Wilder talks, all you can do is shake your head and sigh ...
