Davis just beat a smaller man that started his career at 118lbs & says he's #1 LMAO. Teofimo Lopez the man that outclassed P4P top 3 in the Sport Lomachenko will Destroy Gervonta Davis by Brutal KO
Wasn't Loma technically the smaller man as well, although not as small as Cruz?
good points - Davis is following Pbc easy path of Berto and Broner.....when he fights the top elite fighters his size...he will not have all the advantages he had - size, youth. speed and power. Berto was exposed by Ortiz....Broner by Maidana....Davis eventually as He is forced to face legit elite opposition.

Broner was exposed by Maidana BUT Manny still fought him after a couple more losses so it’s all good.
We all knew Leo has no punching power, and those are safe fights for Gervonta but his test will be against a puncher, he gets hit way too easy...he knew leo is feather fisted so of course he doesnt have to worry.
YOUR, YOU'RE, UR, YOU ARE. It's a Boxing forum not an English exam. If that's your, YOUR, Come back good for you, means you've got nothing Boxing related to hit me with.
Talk about overreaction Sunday, Leo was a blown up bantamweight, so let's take it down a bit. If Davis can K.O Lopez, Berchelt, Loma, Haney, or even Garcia like that, I'll give him all the props, so till then...
Agreed. LSC is a great fighter, but let’s not make the same mistake many made when Lomachenko defeated Rigondeaux.
Lot of people talking about the weight class Leo used to fight just to disparage the win.
Are we going to do this for every fighter going forward?
I don’t think Tank should be disparaged at all. He’s a great fighter. But LSC is small for his weight class and doesn’t have a lot of power. He’s a bit one dimensional. I say that as a fan of LSC. After last night, he needs to retire. Kudos to Tank for what he got done, but I’m not sold on him as some sort of p4p king unless he can do that to Stevenson or Teo. It’s a whole different situation then. I neither agree with people disparaging Tank nor with those who are ballooning him up to p4p just yet. He has a style that’s ripe for the picking either by a Mayweather type (Stevenson) who can out athletic him, or for an elite counterpuncher with dynamite hands (Teo).
