I don't think Tyson was neccesarily on roids. Look at how Jim Jeffries was built while never picking up a weight and running 10-15 miles a day and doing other long distance cardio work that catabolizes muscle. If Jeffries lifted, or if he even cut down on the running and allowed his muscles to grow, he would be even more developed than Tyson was.

Like Versatile says, some guys are just naturally built.

I will say this, I have no idea if they actually took roids or not, but to keep assuming based on what? Because they have muscle and are ripped? Because you have no muscle and are not athletic, which is it? Just because other athletes are cheats doesn't mean everyone is, especially not athletes that were very young and already had great athletic talent and muscled.

Just for the hell of it, I will try to prove to you that you can actually be this big and even athletic and not be on roids, I will present you with....

Bo Jackson: now, Bo was in a time where there were steroids, but this was also a big ass kid coming out of the ******s where he didn't lift weights nor know how to...he was already known for his incredible strength, speed, athletic build of a Greek Statue, and athletic talents; the same goes for Herschel Walker who was said to be 220lbs coming out of high-school.

Go further back, there is Jim Brown: not sure on the exact weight since I heard people saying he was 230 in college, but I think he might have been in the 220's...incredible build, strength, and athletic talent; I doubt he was on roids.

Sticking with boxing, lets take Primo Carnera, since we are talking about "Genetic Freaks" who probably suffer from to much hormones releasing from the pituitary gland…the guy was just plain massive in a time where roids were not used by these athletes.

Even before that there were bodybuilders like Eugene Sandow: he is only 19 years old in this picture

GUSTAV FRISTENSKY {6'0 feet, 220lbs} is about the same height and weight as Tyson:

plus, Tyson had to always come down in weight because he was prone to get heavy: there was an article years ago that said he was always worried about his weight getting to big because his sister died from what I think he said was a genetic disorder
that increases your weight;not sure if it is Thyroid...not exactly sure if it is 100% sure since who knows what is truth in interviews not coming directly from Tyson's mouth.

Tyson's physique isn't that rare, even when he was a 15 year old kid...I knew a few kids like that growing up...we called them "Man-childs"
Look at Lebron James, the guy is 6'8, 240lbs ripped; not to mention Shaq

Holyfield gained 11 pounds of muscle in 3 months, from his fight with Carlos De Leon he weighed 190 then 3 months later against James Tillis he weighed 202...anybody who has ever lifted weights knows that its not possible to gain 11 pounds of pure muscle in 3 months natural. 11 pounds in a year would even be hard to do natural. So that Holyfield juiced is no question its a fact.

Tyson on the other hand has always been big even when he was 15 he was built like a brick house.

At 13 tyson was 5'8 180 pounds of muscle. He is natural no doubt. I am 5'5 175 with a 30 inch waist and people would think I am on steroids. My father is muscular a svelt. My uncle is extremly thickly muscled. My great grand father had an old dumbell I found that is 50 pound he used to press overhead in his seventies. It is genetics.

You guys are getting off the topic. Point is Holyfield is a major roid head, growth hormone and probably a few other things as well. Its de****able that he has been able to get away with it for so many years. Look at his build in the first Qawi fight and then the dramatic change in his jawline and forehead just 1 1/2 years later when he was simply too big and strong for Qawi. First fight Holyfield hit Qawi with about 1 million punches and they never hurt Dwight. 2nd fight Holyfields punches were killing him. Nevermind this change in physique, but look at his face and head. Furthermore, he now weighs 20 or 30 pounds more with no fat. Its ridiculous! Finally, he was trained by Lee Haney. Case Closed! LOL
