The problem is, anyone who does anything he doesn't like gets fired and called disloyal or a snake. So he's surrounded by people who are too scared to act in his best interests.

I fear that his yes men will do the wrong thing by him and he'll end up as another boxing tragic tale. All the signs are there.
Isn’t he married to a Filipino lady? They’re usually very loyal, I wonder if she’s saying anything or trying to help him through this? My thinking is Wilder’s not in need of committal to a facility or anything, but he may be bipolar and need help/medication.

Full disclosure: not a medical professional here, used to work at a state mental hospital and a lockdown unit for the criminally insane in a service capacity, so I saw and heard alot and had friends with a medical/nursing background. While Wilder’s clearly not that ill that he needs that level of care he seems to have some sort of problem, and I hope he gets helped. just my own opinion nothing more.

The guy just had too many idiots blowing smoke up his arse and the dumb hype about his exaggerated power also didn’t help.

This is what happens when people overrate a glorified bum.

In my opinion he's suffered either an emotional breakdown or a psychotic break.

Not a psychotic break dude it’s not at that level yet. For his sake, I hope it doesn’t get that bad.

I doubt it's at that kind of level.

I just don't think anyone is telling him what he needs to hear. Maybe they haven't done so for a very long time.

DiBella tried to arrange a conversation and was called a snake. Breland saved him and got called disloyal. Even watching the pre-fight videos for the Fury rematch you could tell that he runs that gym, not the trainer.

There doesn't need to anything mentally wrong with him. If people constantly tell you that you're great, that you do nothing wrong, that it's someone else's doing, then you'll eventually believe it. Basically, he's delusional and no-one is telling him.

Just wait for the next Tha Boxing Voice podcast. You'll see the type of sycophants he associates himself with.

Im about 45 minutes into this interview he did. He was a corny mfer before but Fury beat him ******ed. He lives outside of reality and I think he is really struggling mentally. The thing that really amazes me are all the people in the comments that back him and think all this silly shit he is saying is legit. I have an honest question for his fans, do any of you really believe any of the shit he is talking?
