Wilder will bring the value of the area down , his neighbors better be prepared for a lot of belligerent behavior with a lot of screaming and a bunch of people running All over ,loud music and loud shouts of bomb squad frequently. Something tells me he’s about to make whoever’s near him not so happy . The way he acts in Alabama isnt going to be anyone’s cup of tea there , let’s hope he doesn’t light anything on fire or twerk throwing a wild party out in public .

lol Im laughing because you do have a point I do remember some Mexicans getting mad that some blacks moved to Glendora, I think Deontay might be the only black family on his block not many blacks live there. Glendora is an upper middle class suburb outside LA and they pride themselves in being the pride of the foothills with a small town family feel and environment has 1.9 percent black population its 75 percent White, 30 percent Hispanic and 8 percent Asian according to the 2010 census.

Deontay probably chose this town because of the southern type feel to it, its family environment, quiet, low crime rate, and just outside of LA

I hope he doesn't bring that ****** parties to the area though, he could single handily cause another white flight

Seems like a retiring move to be honest

Can't speak for the rest of the country, but in So Cal, the Mexican food makes it necessary to always have a toilet nearby.

No idea why anyone would want to live in California

It’s a regular 1.8 million dollar large house, same as any doctor or lawyer would own. *yawn*. Next.

I once asked someone from Alabama what she thought of Deontay Wilder. She said “who?”. Not joking here. This was at the peak of his powers, and I admit that as a boxing fan, I was stunned.

The average American man or woman just doesn’t care.

So, I don’t think they would have cared when he lost, either.

Agreed. I don’t like California at all and especially not the big cities.

I have no idea why California is considered a desirable/***y/interesting place. It’s not. Lots of run down buildings with bars on the windows and middle-aged drunk men lying in the gutter outside. Even the women aren’t that attractive - they either look like they don’t take care of themselves at all, or else they look all botoxed and plastic.

                    Cali is overrated.

Mine certainly doesn’t, that’s just a rich people thing.
