It is a nice house no doubt. My only issue is not seeing trees. Barren landscapes depress me. I love seeing lots of trees and shade. Is that area on or near a desert?

California and Nevada have started to go on this "let's accept that we are a desert" binge in the past decade or so.

Nevada actually has a law that new housing can't plant any greenery. So the only trees are the ones that may have already been there that they didn't choose to get rid of.

Which, as I keep saying, is the reason the # of fires keeps increasing, because they're getting rid of the very plants that help cool things down.
