This is another joke Crawford fight. Khan was finished before Crawford fight and so is Brook. Both men have struggled in recent fights

I feel like Crawford picks 'big' names from the previous era with low risk. Hope Brook gets a freak win to teach him a lesson. Wilder wishes now he never picked fat retired Fury... these things can backfire

      old top rank strategy:
      de la hoya used it
      pacman used it
      lomo used it
and now terrence is using it

the one common thread about these fighters is that when they finally step up they lose
I get what you're saying, but comparing Brook to Pac and De la Hoya is a bit extreme! lol

what about Canelo Alvarez, the ginger wonder?

        prime Trout

        prime Lara

        prime Jacobs

prime GGG (tail end of it)

and unlike Brook, he didn't lose any of those fights

I disagree. I think the fight has high risk and low reward. I like Crawford in this fight, but I do believe it is a dangerous fight for him.

            Agree. Crawford is a fraud

and he's doing his cherrypicking again. Brook is a washed up hasbeen just like Khan

I hope Brook somehow pulls the upset, Crawford is the most overrated guy in boxing

someone being called P4P king without beating a single elite or even A class opponent is unheard of

good opposition but I think trout was proven to be more of a gate keeper as he never won a big fight after Cotto. Brook faced the better version of ggg and Spence and Crawford are in the top 5 of almost all p4p lists which jacobs and trout weren't. As far as wins, that's a good point, but judges scorecards aside, it could be argued that Canelo lost 3 fights against ggg and lara.

Khan and Brook are both shot to shiz at this point, the last time they negotiated a deal brook was willing to even accept a 10lb rehydration clause for a non title bout... how crazy is that. Imagine him do that now? IF it ever got made Khan would demand it again and the fight be at 147. Probz have Brook wear 10z gloves too. At this stage that fight has significantly less interest then it ever did, doubt it could be a ppv event yet both would demand it

Brook at this point poses more threat than Khan did 100%, but he is shop worn. He will put it all on the line here. Crawford is basically taking a fight with zero reward and all the risks so has to win. If Brook can recapture that form that saw him beat Porter he will put in a hell of a fight.
