Trash fight. Can Brook even make the weight without draining himself?

Bud getting paid more money then Spence and Porter fighting has beens lol. Its a shame but it is all about the money, risk vs reward... he mking 6-8mil boxing likes of khan and brook, unless he offers a shed load more then that to shift over to pbc i dont blame him for staying at Top Rank. Hes paid very well.
Its okay to take the money, I mean, who doesnt want money.

But its also NOT okay for you to get sensitive and defensive when your resume and legacy are criticised because of a lack of top opponents.

You know what you tell someone with two broken orbital bones? Nothing, he's already been told twice.

I don't think Brook has been active enough and faced decent opposition recently to be any sort of threat to Crawford. Its still a very watchable fight though.

I like Brook but have to agree his timing looked off last time out and that’s what made him so good. Imagine he’ll be stopped somewhere between 6 and 8. Might prompt the Brook vs Khan fight... I’d still fancy Brook to win via KO.

That’s exactly what they needed to do in order to build up their match-up against each other. Question though is which Crawford leftover is Spence gonna fight?

Porter himself but since you mentioned GGG, that’s quite a risk for a welterweight. So Brook wins the battle of risks

The brook that fought porter vs Crawford is a stay up til 4am, put some money on brook, edge if your seat kinda fight.

But after jumping up two weight classes and getting his face broken by Golovkin, coming straight back down to 147 and getting his other orbital bone broke by Spence, looking a faded version of himself in the two fights since, fighting at 147 despite claiming he struggles to make weight and was only making an exception for a khan fight, and then parting from his long time trainer to get prepared for this fight by someone he likes on Instagram.
That’s all too much of an “if” to lay money on. My biggest reservation about putting an outside bet on brook is where he’s at mentally as a fighter. He seems disappointed to have lost to ggg and Spence but not enough, almost quite content and happy to be a fighter who gave them a tough fight.
I can see him having some success against Crawford but ultimately folding and talking up how he fought valiantly but he can’t make this weight anymore with Crawford being just too good an opportunity to turn down
