Crazy how personal some people take his decisions. He has been a decent writer, and while his bias can come through, compared to other "news" writers today Dan is really a great example of trying to be respectful and even handed. His picks are all defined why he feels that way, and I am sure he printed them to open the conversation not so much have weight insults thrown at him.

I think Bradley is a borderline pick, and there are a few names I would rather see. But the point is he either had a Hall of Fame career or he didn't. I lean to "not" but I get the argument and know he will get in. I would have picked Kessler above him, but Bradley fought good names. His other picks are fairly slam dunk.

So just innuendo, gossip, and association is enough to punish people? Every sibling is guilty of something another one did in your world view? The pesky "proof" thing is only confirmation and not necessary for guilt?

Vitali did admit to using steroids' early in his career, but never implicated anyone else and said it was his decision he made alone. Vlad never tested positive and no one in his camp, to my knowledge, was ever associated with positive tests. Not a huge fan of Klitschko and think his HW title run was during the weakest the 200+ division ever was, but he has been nothing but clean as far as anything can be proved so provide a positive test or just let it be.

THat is really a lie. You know the truth as well. Vitaly Klitschko was training for the Amateur Olympics as a super heavyweight. He had a nagging torn thigh muscle. His dr. prescribed a medication to heal it. It contained a marginally banned substance. He was passed clean until he mentioned this medication, and was asked to retire from the tam. His brother Wladimir, picked as the Heavyweight entrant, moved up into his place and won the Gold.

That's the whole story.

Your foolish assertion tthat they both do it is just hot air...and not very hot either. They always both were meticulously clean in every test thereafter.

Head to head, between James Toney and Tim Bradley, I could see why Bradley edged it a bit

Toney has 11 world title wins/defenses
Bradley had 10 world title wins/defenses.

Bradley had a unification win.
And on paper, had wins over Pacquiao and Marquez.

Those are the factors that edged it for me.

I think if Toney had won the Rahman and Ruiz fights he would hands down take it.
