It's a fact he got shoulder surgery after the fight. He never once said that was an excuse for his loss. Yet, i see many saying he's making excuses because he got shoulder surgery. Did he fake the shoulder surgery?

He didn’t make one excuse post fight. He was magnanimous in defeat.

To answer your question... because they have some sad little agenda against Loma.

How is one magnanimous in defeat when he leaves the ring and doesn’t congratulate his opponent?

To be fair, a number of fighters, Including Lopez, none of who have an “agenda” against him, talked about he shouldn’t make excuses.

Loma was in sore loser mode as soon as the decision was announced, the shoulder excuse was a way for him to murky up a one sided ass whooping

In general I don't do excuses. You got time to pull out of the fight if there's a problem, it's a nightmare to do it but it's a nightmare to lose. You step through those ropes then you are saying you are good to go.

Ppl on here got a serious problem with certain fighters, I'm not pointing any fingers here but all the hate seems to be coming from 1 particular direction. Oh fkk it I am pointing fingers, it's Americans, some Americans hate to see none Americans do well and will throw shade on anything deemed great that isn't American.

just some statements made by team lomachenko after announcing the shoulder to the public.

“We lost one week of training. We lost one week of sparring because the doctor forbid him to do much for a week after the injection,”

Anatoly, “Wanted out of the fight,” Klimas said. “We didn’t want to look like we were looking for excuses or something.”

"that an MRI didn't reveal a significant injury to the shoulder"

Vasiliy Lomachenko's shoulder pain was enough for his father and trainer, Anatoly, to want him to withdraw from the fight, but according to manager Egis Klimas, the former lightweight champion said he would retire if forced to do so.
