Prime Ortiz would of been a monster to be fair. Just a shame a rolling camera had not been invented at that time. Apparently though there are sketches of his prime years on the inside of the Egyptian pyramids.

I heard his actual prime was during the Sumerian civilization, 3000 BC, but off his prime he would have taken the best shots of a prime Foreman and brutally KO’d him.

Okay Earl, I have a scenario for you... let's assume that Luis Ortiz is around the same age as Mike Tyson, let's say 1 year younger for argument's sake. Now picture this...

February 1990, Tokyo, Japan. "Iron" Mike Tyson, 23 years old, 37-0 (33 KO), Lineal, IBF, WBA and WBC Heavyweight champion of the World. Versus... Luis "King Kong" Ortiz, 22 years old, no Pro experience, but a stellar Amateur career that has since been expunged from the record books. Two young men at the absolute pinnacle of their games, just hitting absolute peak physical condition, Ortiz's blood pressure not going to be an issue for another 20-30 years.

What a spectacle that would have been Earl...
FACT: Eddie Hearns bribed the AIBA to alter Ortiz's amateur record to discredit Deontay's wins over him.

FACT: King Kong was also excluded from 3 Olympic games because of racism.

I think at least one hundred heavyweights would beat a prime Ortiz. He is and was good but not exceptional. He never won any version of the heavyweight world title and Wilder KOed him twice. He is the same age as Povetkin and about as good and no better. He is not some all time great or future hall of fame boxer. He is just a top 10 contender.

                      Who could handle that man?
He turned pro at age 31 so how much better could he have been at age 28? you really love the guy and very much overrate him.His chin is not granite and his Ko win percentage of 74% is good but way less then Aj and Wilder. He has no big wins so what makes him this monster you are saying he is or ever was?
