Look what happened when Loma actually started fighting; he won five out of six rounds in the latter half. So of course López doesn't want a rematch, he knows the strategy would be different and he'd get spanked lol

Yeah, Lopez won those early rounds mainly because Lomachenko threw practically zero punches. On the other hand, Vasyl might’ve been KOed if he got aggressive early. Who knows? But I thought the fight was close; I had it a draw. I would welcome a rematch, and I think many others would also.

Loma had no intention of giving Lopez a rematch, that's why there was no rematch clause. Just suck it up Loma; no rematch.

That’s how full of himself this guy was, and his yes-man entourage, that he just figured he would defeat “nobody” Lopez despite the shoulder; still no rematch clause needed. It’s not like it was a ppv, where Pulling out was of serious financial consequences. He deserved getting his àss beat.

          Interesting.

NSB repeatedly yelling that nobody wants a rematch.

Yet both Teofimo himself and Arum are contradicting that and verifying what I said.

Rematch clauses are NOT required when it's the same promoter.

The ball is now in Teo's court.

Be like Floyd, Teo. This is your Castillo moment, young man. History will be written around the decision you make here.

To be honest I'll only be interested in a rematch if Loma doesn't pull out a stinker for the first half of the fight

The narrative that López is somehow the next dominant force in boxing because he won six rounds through default, because Loma did nothing, is even more comical lol

How many PPV's do you think the rematch does?

I think their ceiling is 300k. That's fine. I wouldn't call it a "good ass number" doe.

                      Same.

I get it if they run it back cuz Arum makes the money make sense, but as a fan I thought it was a clear enough win I have lil desire to see a immediate rematch. If Loma beats Devin or someone else then I would be more interested in a rematch in a year or whatever.

Immediate rematches are overrated as fook. And I hate them when they are unneeded but because of a contract it has to happen. If it wasn't THAT competitive & there isn't a contract requiring it then I reallllly don't need to see an immediate rematch.
