        A backbone

Povetkin's career is mostly ducking the champion, through no fault of his own of course, and fighting their leftovers. He doesn't like fighting guys on their way up rankings, rather, he prefers to send them out while they're on the slide. He doesn't like to fight undefeated fighter either.

He has been a top 10 HW for over a decade and only had 2 world title fights in that time because he avoids fighting a risky fight. He's fought a total of 3 undefeated fighters in his career despite his twelve years as a top ten and he only beat two of them.

Pov was meant to fight Wlad in 08, he didn't though. Not his fault doe. He fights some no hopers and leftovers to maintain rank.

seems like you been inflicted with the mayweather curse that thinks being undefeated means anything...if anything being undefeated means you fight easy fighters

Why have you keyed into one thing there? I used the lack of fighting unbeaten fighters to farther a point about avoidance.

On it's own, sure, nothing, considering he ducks routes to the title, it piles on.

You don’t win Olympic gold and lack mental toughness ,you can’t just enter an Olympic fight and win there’s a commitment from day one to win one early in ones life which requires toughing out very enduring body beatings day in and out For a long time . There’s not one gold medalists that hasn’t been fighting as a kid beyond AJ that I know of.

Where would you rank Povetkin on Wilders resume ?

                    Who can rank Wilder's wins?

I'd say he would fit right in. Clearly above Harrison but I'm not sure if I'd put him above Bermane. You know, given Povetkin avoided stopping Bermane from getting a title and all.

Stiverne tested positive for peds and Povetkin still agreed to fight so the only one that stopped that one was Stiverne so not sure how he stopped anything ? Stiverne got his title shot anyway somehow and that’s be they knew he was out of boxing for 2 years .

                      What’s Stiverne best win ?
