I enjoyed the fight. I've rewatched it in spots a few times now. This is usually a good indication I'd like to see a rematch. The people saying 'no' emphatically to a rematch would watch it anyhow and there's a larger group of people wanting the rematch. Supply and demand. Sounds like it'll draw a good audience. The trolls of NSB definitely should not be used a barometer for any serious decisions. They were saying no rematch bc Loma didn't ask for one immediately after the fight, but now video surfaces that he did infact. It's on Teo though, sounds like he doesn't want to. He also says he thinks he won nearly all 12 rounds so I don't know how objective he can be about it. If he's saying no, then it's probably a no.

I hope there is a rematch. It was a fight to become "undisputed" after all; and the result definitely leaves some questions.
There is also that its one of boxings biggest rivalries and two incredible talents. Generally I think the money and the rivalry are too big for it not to become a series.

There's still hope: Carnelo initially said no too.

I thought NSB said nobody wants it...?

Why would "everybody" that Teo talks to want a rematch so bad if it was a blowout (like NSB said it was)?
It will be to see whether or not Loma would start fighting sooner and if Teo could handle it. I had Loma winning the rds they were exchanging in.

Its kinda like Marquez vs Pacquaio, even though those werent immediate rematches its still was like okay you finally beat him but it took you 4 trys.

I think fighters who win a title should have 2 fights before doing a rematch that way we dont tie up the belts to the same pool of fighters, a fighter once he wins the title can have a voluntarily defense against anyone not named the person you just won the title off and a mandatory, at a minimum at least a mandatory inside of 10 months if no mando inside of 10 months you get stripped no exemptions and that title goes the vacant #2 vs #3 etc.
But Marquez arguably won them all defo the 3rd

Loma was inactive in first 6 rounds. It is his own fault he lost.

Now he's taking selfies out of his hospital with teary eyes trying to tell us it shoulder which brang the ass whoopin upon him lol...well his fan girls probably believe it.

I found the fight a little one sided, but I’d watch a rematch. Loma was great and if his shoulder problem is legit, which it seems to be. It might not happen soon enough.

Lopez could lose all the belts. Lopez looked really good and Loma started slow as usual.

                    A rematch might be interesting!
