How gullible of a boxing fan you have to be to see that Tank only feast on a certain type of fighter for the last 4 years
Pedraza is 5'8'! Walsh is 5'7"! LSC is 5'7"! Tank is 5'5"! Nunez was 26. Pedraza was 28! Walsh was 31.

It's the same travesty as Spence vs Mikey Garcia, Al Haymon abusing his latino fighters to give his african american fighters a boost thanks to the Mexican american fanbase an an easy fight vs an undersized opponent. This is disgusting.

Size doesnt mean height you dummy, did you drop out of school at 7 years? By your logic you would favor Sebastian Fundora, a 6'6" super welterweight over Mike Tyson who is 5'10".

        Whats wrong with you people?

          anyone but a rematch lol

Calling out everybody but the one who deserves to be called out. That gift in the Loma fight got you running cause we saw it in the second half of this fight what you saw! So run run run run you azz talking that smack! 114-144 and only because to your credit you came on in the 12 since you were rested from holding Loma's advances. Ward had it right!

If he weighs in @ 130, that's all that counts! If we're going to say Tank picks on smaller people, then "by your logic," Lopez is calling out a smaller man, after just beating an older and smaller man! By the way, 6'5" Lennox Lewis did beat 5'10" Mike Tyson! Height does make a difference...******!

Trouble for Davis is, he did nothing to force a fight with Loma.
He mentioned him, then signed up for the shadow of what was once Gamboa. Then on to LSC, which is another choice easier to pick apart than a wet slice of bread. Meanwhile Lopez already did his talking and backed it up taking on Loma while 15-0. So the ball is in Davis' court, he needs to step it up from talk to actually chasing and beating the very top names; not cherry picking then having the marketing team explain why it's actually much better fight than it seems.
Also, this business of picking your favourite and being a diehard fan come-what-may of some effing boxer; and altering your reality to stay in your chosen position seems weird to me.
Davis talks and gets disappointing opponents which don't live up to the hype train, and Haney talks like hes been there and done it, despite having not actually having backed up any projected talk, which is plain delusional.
I'm happy to see both Davis step up and dominate, I look forward to them actually doing something worth speaking about. I'm just a fan of boxing. Meanwhile they're playing the most tedious and boring game of sitting on the hype train and not in the boxing ring against the very best to actually showcase their talents.

Hmmm. So going into the fights, there's absolute parity with the achievement and perceived status of Lomachenko and LSC?! Because that's where your point of your argument is going. Lopez chased the title, to chase the star of the division. That's the big difference between what Davis and Lopez have chosen to go after.

If Loma was so poor, why didn't everyone else stop their bosses in their tracks and demand at least the actual path to Lomachenko?
But only Lopez actually did it and now the *****es come out of the woodwork deriding the guy who has done us all a favour and put a foot in the ass of the hype train style careers. Yes cherry picking carefully managed careers is good for the bank balance but, it's a poke in the eye to the competitive spirit boxing should be all about.

Sad A.Mares was the initial choice for Davis....gotta protect that 0! Could have fought Loma awhile bak - but per Floyd “Tank ain’t ready for Loma”...not until he is 40!! Lopez took Loma on with just 15 pro fights under his belt!
I love team lopez and what they are about. Tanks career will look a lot like Floyd’s, si be ready to keep on being disappointed with the fighters they choose and when they choose them. Just like floyd

Waiting for Curt to come in with another of the million excuses as to why Davis DUCKED and REFUSED to fight Loma. Davis is young, fighting LSC (smaller fighter) on ppv...he's making millions are the excuse I imagine will be spewed out his pie hole. Fact is Lopez had the balls and the "ganas" to fight Loma. He's younger than Davis and OBVIOUSLY the better fighter.
