New shoulder injury? Hewrd the last one was a torn labrum which is a very serious injury. Dunno about retirement its probably an injury you can't fully recover from

Loma's total payouts in purses is just over 20 million. Should have at least 10 million in the bank.

Boxing is also a sport where your shoulders will be in use with literally every punch or block. That shoulder will be an issue for the rest of his career no matter which surgeon touches it.
Man I love when dumb people try to sound smart lol. Just stop dude. You're trying too hard.

I think that shoulder injury will limit him for as long as he fights but what else is he going to do? Retire and do what exactly?? Fighters can't exactly take what they have developed through years of training, put it on a resume and get a good job. It isn't like a guy like Provo, who was taking a beating every fight, win or lose.

Opponents should just target his shoulder immediately, if it's as problematic as it appears to be.

                Nah

He should fight at least one more time to see where he at
I agree. One close loss to an outstanding young powerhouse and one shoulder operation is not an obvious reason for a slightly past prime 32 year old who before this loss was considered the best fighter in the world by many fans and experts. Pacquiao has had many losses and many injuries and is 41 and going strong although I do think he should retire now but not when he was 32 years old or after the Horn robbery. Loma should heal up and start fighting at his natural best fighting weight of 126 or 130. If he does not beat the champions at those lower weights then retire. He never was a full lightweight.

If the shoulder injury is so bad he cannot recover then he should retire. you must have good shoulders to throw good punches.

injuries are part of the game unfortunately, its like a footballer with a knee injury, may crop up now and then or may retire him, who knows, hopefully he can adapt his training and lessen the forces on the injury and get sharp for fight night, it doesn't sound career ending if he will be back early next yr!
