Debate Zone: How did you score Loma vs Teo?

Going into round 8 I said unless loma drops him multiple times Lopez has won, he was rounds up.

I did give loma 2-3 of the late rounds but he was a mile behind.

I've seen other fights where a guy is even 8-0 or 9-1 up going into the final rounds and then people claim robbery because he had a good finish, it's like people don't know fights are scored over 12 rounds not just the last few rounds.

I haven't rewatched it to score it all the way yet, but I scored rounds 1-6 & 11-12 7-1 for Teo. Only gave Loma the 11th, his best round by a mile. Loma didn't do enough early so Teo won the first 6 on activity/consistency for me.

I had it a draw. Lopez 1, 3-6 & 12 Lomachenko 2 & 7-11

I saw it as 7-5 for Teo.

I only had Loma winning the 2nd round in the first half of the fight

But I had him winning rounds 7-11

Teo saw the tide turning against him and im winning the 12th was as clutch as clutch gets.

Kid deserves all the props in the world.

Not a fan of either boxer and i had it 7-5 to Lopez . It was close but i saw Teo as the winner by a narrow margin . It deserves a rematch

Just watched The 2nd and Lomachenko clearly won the 2nd. Lopez landed some decent but not very effective bodyshots some of which I;m giving him credit for probably skimmed more than anything and a partially blocked righthand around Loma’s guard. Lomachenko absolutely raked him when he landed though, left hand and left-right combo flush. Pretty clear rd.

Trust me. If they could’ve found some great shots Lopez was landing, they would have shown it in the replays. Instead we got the two sequences of Lomachenko in rd 2.

Lopez landed more body shots in that round than Lomachenko landed total shots. It wasn't close. Loma had one decent combination.
