Glenn, I don't like any of those fighters you listed.

Great fight, Lopez swept the first 6 rounds and IMO made 7/8 competitive with loma, he didn’t back down when loma woke up, he would still throw those counter uppercuts

I loved his disciplined turn arounds in the first half of the fight, he seemed laser focused on his gameplan

I’m a Teo fan and rooted for him, but full disclosure, I thought loma would win, thought he would find a way, but oh well I’m happy regardless

I don’t wanna hear about size, Rigondeaux moved up for loma, and loma found a way with other fighters in that weight class, let’s just applaud Teo for job well done, it wasn’t perfect, he had some flaws in the later rounds but that 12th round he secured the win

NO REMATCH CLAUSE, go back and watch post fight interviews, teo said they didn’t offer him a rematch clause and had language in the contract that if he lost, his pay would take hits, and he was frustrated about that, he can move up to 140, he’s 23 and only getting bigger, if it’s not for Ryan or Haney, why stay at 135? No rematch time to move on

Loma? Idk, he was singing tank’s name before, but now do you wanna see that immediately next? Maybe, think it’s still a decent match up, but unfortunately with the sport of boxing, when folks lose, some lackluster gets dusted off of match ups (we all know wilder/joshua) loma 32, figure out what weight u wanna campaign in and if you and arum are in agreement about your future, I damn sure don’t see showtime or fox willing to do a joint ppv with espn or network show where it’s tank vs loma, not after this loss, tank now has “an escape” to say loma fight is insignificant now, and maybe it is? Idk

I’m happy for Teo, we all should be, even tho his loudmouth dad was annoying, they backed it up

Loma and arum arrogance stopped them from doing a rematch clause, smmfh
Yeah I agree. Loma has no business at 135 move back down to 130. I still think Tank will be afraid to fight him. Man I was such a big Tank fan but he is too busy telling everyone he is a cash cow and fighting smaller dudes

He not shocked me at all by this victory and the way he did. I picked Lopez for win over Loma since a day 1.

          The new era begin!

There is a difference between winning and beating your opponent. Lopez won and good job for showing more heart and determination than I gave him credit for having. I do not think Lopez beat Loma. The scorecards prove the judges saw a different fight and were swayed by the theatrics of Lopez more than anything. What I saw on Saturday was one man being busier in the first half although not landing much of significance and the other man dominating the second half. Good fight either way.

Surprised nobody is talking about that Lederman card giving Loma 1 round.......

The only fight left for him at 135 is Haney.
Davis won't want that work. Otherwise looks like 140.

He proved he's the new TR pamper boy is all. Got a gift and showed he can't handle being pressured. Needed to bring an ageing fighter up in weight instead of going down to meet him. Being the younger it should be easier. And still was lucky to deserve a draw. Spoiled to get those scores. Typical TR move.

He would probably fight Devin at 140..Davis & Teo at 135 is interesting.
